Use these instructions when changing the a customer would like to change how often a product on automatic delivery ships to them.
How to Change the Frequency of an Automatic Delivery Shipment
- From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
- Select the product you want to update and then go to the Auto Delivery Maintenance tab
- Click Change Member Series Info
In the Club Member Maintenance dialog box, locate the Shipment Frequency
Select one of the following options...
Expand title If adjusting the days between shipments - In the Shipment Frequency box, update the days to reflect days between shipments. For example, if the customer is receiving shipments every month but wants to receive them every 2 months, enter 60
- Click Ok
Expand title If adjusting the date of shipment... - Click Set Calendar Based Frequency
- The Shipment Frequency dialog box will appear. Select either the day of the month or the day of the week and then of every X months. For example, if the customer want it shipped the first day of the month, select Day 1 of every 1 Month(s)
- Click Ok twice
Info The frequency may display as 0, this means that the customer is defaulted to whatever the shipment frequency is on the Club, Class and Series.
