Use these instructions when marking a product on automatic shipment as being saved from cancellation.
How to Mark a Cancel Save
- From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
- Select the product you want to update and then go to the Auto Delivery Maintenance tab
- From the Right Click Menu select Save Cancel
- The Reason Code dialog box will appear, select a Save Cancel Service Reason
- Click OK twice
