Use these instructions when performing multiple suspensions for a customer with multiple products on automatic delivery. Suspensions can be performed individually from Customer Activity. As a time saver, these cancellations can be performed together from the Automatic Delivery screen.
How to Mass Suspend Products on Automatic Delivery
- From the Customer Service ribbon, enter the customer info for the Mass Suspend
- Click Automatic Delivery on the ribbon
- Select all the products to suspend
- Select Suspend Club Members
Complete the following fields:
Susp. Resol Date Enter the date for when the customer would like to resume shipments. Reason Enter the reason for the cancellation. - Click OK
- Click Acknowledge

If the customer wants to suspend their shipments indefinitely, the automatic delivery must be cancelled (terminated) instead of suspended. Go here to cancel the automatic delivery. |
