How to Suspend an Automatic Delivery Shipment
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
Select the product you want to update and then go to the Auto Delivery Maintenance tab
Click Suspend Club Members (this is also available via the right click menu)
The Mass Suspend dialog box will appear, complete the following fields:
Susp. Resol Date | Enter the date for when the customer would like to resume shipments. |
Reason | Enter the reason for the cancellation. |
5. Click OK
6. Click Acknowledge
