How to Cancel a Product on Automatic Delivery
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
Select the product you want to update and then go to the Auto Delivery Maintenance tab
Select Terminate
The Terminate dialog box will appear. Select a reason Code.
Click OK
Select one of the following options...
